1、可以用銅絲刷拋去沖頭上的粘附物后，再用絨布粘少許研磨膏打光片形面。不要用鋼絲刷拋，否則很容易劃傷片形表面。

2、若粘附物很硬不好直接去除時，可將沖頭浸泡在熱水中數(shù)分鐘后，即可容易去掉粘附物，并及時擦干水分防銹。

3、用戶處若無車床時，好從市場上購置沖模拋光機進行，價格也不貴。
